In early 2007 Swinerton, Stewart Clark Ltd made the decision to close their insurance business after nearly 120 years serving Victorians. So that the policyholders would be assured there was no lapse in coverage or service, the owners chose Harbord Insurance Services Ltd to maintain and service all of the existing policies.
