Most transactions can be completed by phone, but you will need to visit one of our offices to complete the following transactions:

We can renew the policy, add coverage, add a driver, and change the address (if it is in the same territory) with one individual on the phone.
We cannot process cancellations over the phone and will require all the same information as needed to renew. You may also be required to bring your license plates and the non-registration portion of your insurance documents.
As of May 1st, 2022, B.C. vehicles no longer require decals.
If you are completing one of the few transactions that require a visit to the office, our three locations are now open for walk-ins from 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday through Friday and 9:00am – 5:00pm on Saturday. We greatly value your business!
