I want to commend your staff at the Sidney branch for their good service to me yesterday while renewing my auto insurance. I had paid using the wrong card and needed to have it voided. The computer system wasn’t very cooperative but with patience and courtesy the staff managed the computer appropriately and was able to accommodate my needs fully. My thanks to them and also for the convenience and accessibility of the office which was available without any delay.
