Yesterday I reactivated the insurance coverage for my Solara.    It was a little complicated because Visa had put a hold on my Visa transactions.    Because of that the process was prolonged.   The agent looking after me was Febin Shaji.    He was very patient and helpful despite the delays and complications and we got the job done.
