I’m not sure if I’m just lucky or know how to time my visits to Harbord. Nevertheless, yet again, I was greeted by staff promptly and the agent wasted no time calling up my information. With my file intact the process was seamless, enough so, that we had a few jokes about the outdoor cold and comfort of the office. On top of that I was pleasantly surprised by the modest insurance rate for my car. Thank you Harbord.
