I’m writing in response to the excellent customer service I recently received at the Fairfield office.

I dropped in to renew my Autoplan insurance, and was assisted by Annika. During the course of the transaction, I mentioned that I would like to apply for collector status for my 25 year old Volvo, sometime this fall. Annika explained the process thoroughly, and in a few weeks I received a call from her saying the application had been approved.

After picking up my collector plates she sent me an email the next day to follow up. I am truly impressed with the courteous, efficient customer service Annika provided. I will be a return customer for my other insurance needs. Please have someone contact me regarding a quote on my home insurance policy.
