Maggi has been helping me via email – Maggi is a lifesaver. She asked me to go to the location for a couple of changes. My first visit was with Rachel. She calmed me and handled the paperwork gently, with confidence, and made my work as comfortable as possible. I was most impressed. Then I had to come back to make changes to the auto-insurance and I was helped by Krishan – who again calmly took control and made a potentially stressful visit very comfortable. I needed some documents signed and when I returned I was greeted at the door by Juliet – very poised, very friendly and very helpful. Then when Krishan was free we finished my new insurance with Krishan. He was knowledgeable and charming.
