I actually want to extend special thanks to Ashley for the very efficient phone transaction and the correct information she was able to provide. Another representative from another agency I’ve dealt with in the past had called recently and assured me that, even if I left my Mazda uninsured for a period, I’d still be able to get my under-5,000-km discount down the road, when I did renew. I really didn’t want to lose that 10% discount, so I’m glad Ashley had the correct information.
