I insured another new vehicle yesterday with Corrie. As per usual she is always happy and quick to answer my 101 questions and concerns. Corrie is very proficient and efficient as she works, able to answer my every question as she is filling out transfer papers and making an insurance plan that works for me (with no mistakes and never forgetting anything). Corrie always goes above and beyond to ensure that she can assist me with any questions and concerns. For example yesterday I asked her about a BC car sales license because it’s something that I’ve been trying to look into and was having a hard time finding much information on it. In a matter of a short few seconds Corrie was able to find exactly how much it cost and what website I should look at and who to email if I had any questions. As always, I am very happy with the service that Corrie provided me and will continue to bring my business and tell people I know to choose harbord as their primary insurance provider.
