Having dealt with several companies that for multiple reasons have poor customer service it is nice to know that Harbord has been giving me consistent and excellent customer service for over 10 years. A few years ago I moved to the West shore, tried a local insurance provider and was met with unqualified personnel who did not know how to line up the start and stop dates to my insurance. I ended up wasting my time collecting the $25 remaining on my policy from Harbord but the representative there seemed confused why this had happened in the first place and gave me a quick run down on how things are supposed to work. From that day forward I moved everything to Harbord. Yesterday I did a phone transaction for my car insurance with Misty and she was quick, friendly and professional. Keep up the good work.
