We just wanted to let you know that our recent communications and dealings with Oleg Nurmuradov was very satisfactory. We had our trailer plate either stolen or it fell off and we were heading across Canada at the time. After contacting Kenda Tatton via email as to what we should do, she contacted ICBC and was told that we needed to get a Police Report and then to contact ICBC. Both which we did.

Once we got back to Harbord, Karyn Watson set up for Oleg to take care of us. Oleg called and we gave him all the information that he needed and then he sent us the appropriate emails to authorize the new plates to be issued. We had a friend in Sidney (also a Harbord customer) pick up the plate and it is now being FedEx’d to us here in Manitoba. The timing is perfect as we are crossing into the US next week and did not feel comfortable towing the trailer without a proper licence plate. Not something the US Border Patrol looks kindly on I imagine.
