I called in to review my auto insurance and to move my Auto personal insurance from — to Harbord. Misty was the representative that walked me through the process and she was excellent. Not only did she explain things very clearly, she also made sure I knew to do things like contact — to flat cancel my insurance so that I wasn’t charged a penalty.
