Everything was handled very well.  Essentially, I am now commuting to and from work after a Covid work from home break.  Ashley helped to re-rate my vehicle insurance so that I will be covered in case of a claim.

The call was very efficient and the “out of pocket” cost to me was only $8.00 to ICBC, but the peace of mind is obviously worth much more.
