I don’t normally send customer service feedback, but I must bring attention to the positive experience I had on Friday.

I called in to renew the auto insurance for my husband and I and spoke with Sue Ann Porter. She was friendly and cheerful while explaining all my options and answering all my questions. She was also very patient when she had to wait while I gathered information for her. Her computer was a bit slow that day (it really wasn’t that slow) and she kept apologizing. We were on the phone for over an hour (not her fault at all … I had a lot of questions surrounding the differences between insurance here and in Ontario where we moved from). She never once seemed even a little bit impatient or frustrated at all.

I was so impressed with her service that I asked for a business card to be sent to me along with our renewal policies so I could work with her exclusively from now on for both our auto and property insurance.

Harbord is fortunate to have an employee like Sue Ann!
