I recently renewed my Autoplan insurance via telephone with Ms. Misty Lussier. I’ve never used phone renewal before and will admit I had some trepidation, mostly around my less than perfect hearing.

I shouldn’t have been concerned; Misty was an excellent communicator with a very clear telephone voice. She walked me through the process very efficiently and pleasantly. Misty has excellent customer service skills and is an asset to your organization. Very nice to complete this transaction without having to increase my carbon footprint and I won’t hesitate to employ this option in future. Your phone wait times were insignificant and the follow up emails all very clear.
