I just wanted to send a note that the professionalism in the office I visited was next to none, the staff were lovely and pleasant to deal with, and the person helping me, Kim, was a complete delight.
Prior to re-insuring my vehicle at Harbord, I utilized another company inside a Walmart (due to convenience for the person I was buying the vehicle from) and that really opened my eyes to how nice my previous experience at Harbord was a couple years ago.
