I couldn’t have been happier. Got all my business done and dusted. The representative was prompt, courteous, personable, efficient, knowledgeable, patient, and of course, it’s always great to have a real human person pick up the phone. And no long wait time. Can’t think of anything that needed improvement. I sure wish every company I deal with behaved that way…..especially banks and phone companies!!! You guys could be giving workshops on customer service! Good job!!!
