I am writing to convey my sincere compliments on the two most recent encounters that I recently had with the Harbord office at the Fairfield Plaza, in Victoria.  The first, which was to renew the annual insurance on our primary vehicle, occurred in February.  I was most efficiently helped by a younger woman whose name is “Bee”.  She was entirely in keeping with every other of your employees whom we’ve met over the past years: knowledgeable, competent, and very courteous.

The second occurred a week or so ago, when I arranged for a three-month extension to the storage policy for our second car, a 2002 Honda S2000.  Unfortunately, I do not recall the agent’s name; however, I certainly remember that she dealt with my request in a comparably excellent manner in every respect.

In both cases, as previously, I was exceptionally pleased in every respect and, when an opportunity arises, I am happy to mention your firm’s fine service to other potential clients.
