On Saturday last, my wife and I went to the Fairfield Harbord storefront to transfer the ownership of my cherished Morgan sports car into both our names. This required surrendering my recently acquired Collector Plates and then immediately reapplying for a new set. We were served by Annika who patiently listened to our tale of woe and commiserated with us. She took the time to understand our situation and suggested a way to streamline the process and in addition save some money. We left the office, not dwelling on a bureaucratic process but rather reflecting on a happy memory of outstanding service.
