A couple of weeks ago I came in to pay for my licence renewal, but was too early and was told to return mid July . I wanted to know how many klm I had left in order to receive the discount mileage rate. I decided to try and limit my driving .
I returned on Saturday to find out again how many miles were left . This time a young man told me to return on Monday , the earlier day to renew and cautioned me about being careful not to drive too much as I only had about 38 klm left. Had he not informed me , I would have been over the limit and would not have known that I could register 45 days earlier and take advantage of the lower rate . This I consider good customer service .
I can’t remember his name but his desk was the second one on the left side of the room. I thank him.
