This week, I needed to find a new underwriter as CNS is longer an option. I just wanted to say, that I had excellent service with Raman. She was patient, and very professional answering all my questions and getting back to me in a timely manner. She was warm and friendly, and her help in navigating a fairly complex process was greatly appreciated. I am happy to be staying with Harbord and look forward to continuing with this company.
