I needed to renew my vehicle insurance and worked with Misty Lussier.  My renewal wasn’t as straight forward as I thought, and Misty went above and beyond to ensure that I had the right coverage and that my dual provincial residences wouldn’t impact my coverage in the event that I needed to make a claim.  She asked insightful questions, was extremely knowledgeable, capable, and professional.  All of that combined with her obvious commitment to providing excellent service and support warranted me taking the time to share that with you.
