Just a note to say that I had excellent customer service this week from Charlene Reinholdt. I am based in Sidney, B.C.   I fractured my knee this week and had to get an additional driver added to my licence. I called the after hours service and Charlene answered promptly. Cheerful, patient, stated everything very clearly and was thoroughly efficient.  I couldn’t have asked for better customer service.
