I have been renewing both my car insurance and house insurance with Harbord for many years and as always, I found my recent transaction with your staff pleasant and efficient. Altho my severe hearing loss [I not only wear bi-aural hearing aids but always have a large “Hard of Hearing” button pinned to my jacket], with the added barrier of masks, I find it all the more of a struggle trying to interact with individuals, so I appreciated the extra patience and effort required when I needed to ask the agent to repeat certain dialogue.
